Meet BeckyLynn Spotten: Your Guide to Soul Work
Hello, I'm BeckyLynn Spotten. As a high-achieving woman, you navigate immense demands, but sometimes this leads to anxiety, overwhelm, or a longing for deeper connection. I'm here to guide you in transforming these challenges into lasting peace and authentic connection.
My practice, "BeckyLynn Therapy: Soul Work for High Achieving Women," offers a unique, integrated approach. I combine:
Mindfulness-Based Eco-Psychology to cultivate inner calm and connect you with nature's wisdom.
EMDR Therapy to gently heal past experiences that fuel anxiety and limit your potential.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you build secure, thriving relationships.
This "Soul Work" is about profound transformation, helping you move beyond striving to truly thrive—connected to yourself, your loved ones, and the natural world.
My Journey & Expertise
I'm an adventure artist who transitioned to become a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, driven by a passion for guiding others through life's challenging mountains. Born in Logan, Utah, and raised in rural Southeast Idaho, I've lived across six Western states, finding deep connection to God in nature. My personal experience with the devastation and healing process of divorce, plus the sweetness of secure attachment fuels my commitment to helping you find peace and reach your dreams.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, I bring a wealth of specialized training:
Bachelor’s of Fine Art (Brigham Young University 2004)
Master of Professional Counseling (Grand Canyon University, 2017)

EFT Externship & Core Skills Training
Certified Meditation Instructor
Heart Math HRV Certified Practitioner
Mindfulness-Based Eco-therapy Certified Facilitator
WFR: Wilderness First Responder
I offer 50-70% of my sessions online to serve women across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, providing accessible, transformative care. For those in the Logan, Utah Cache Valley area, I also welcome clients to my serene home office/ Zen garden for in-person EMDR sessions and personalized Meditation experiences.
Allergy Warning: My home office is also shared with my two beloved dogs a Golden Retriever and Husky who occasionally assist in therapy. They are gentle and well-behaved, often providing a comforting presence. If you have allergies or prefer not to interact with animals, please let me know when scheduling. I'm happy to make accommodations to ensure your comfort, including ensuring they are in a separate area during your session.
