About your Instructor

Start your journey from Soul to Summit with BeckyLynn, a lifelong hiker, outdoor adventurer, and Clinical Mental Health Counselor. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in art and photography from BYU, BeckyLynn has always found nature to be her profound healing space from anxiety and stress, having personally overcome chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and hyper-mobility to live an active life. Drawing from experiences like hiking the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim in one day, summiting numerous local peaks including Lone Peak, and celebrating her 40th birthday with a composite of 40-miles of hikes in Escalante National Monument, BeckyLynn's mission is to "publish peace in the mountains through inspiring landscape art and therapy that guides high-achieving women to cultivate inner calm, heal, and deeply connect with themselves, their relationships, and the natural world."

This 40-day guided walking meditation course is designed for high-achieving women ready to transform overwhelm, release burdens, deepen connections, and clarify purpose. Through daily mindful movement and BeckyLynn's empathetic guidance, you will cultivate inner calm, heal past patterns, and truly blossom, learning to embrace every step on your unique path.

  • The ZenHikr 40 Challenge is designed with your demanding life in mind! By design, these aren't long, strenuous hikes. Each daily guided meditation can be as short as 10-15 minutes and can be done anywhere—a local trail, your neighborhood, a local park, even a few laps around your office building or backyard. It's about consistent, mindful movement, not distance or speed. We'll help you integrate these micro-moments of peace into your existing routine, transforming your daily steps into powerful opportunities for grounding and calm, specifically addressing that feeling of overwhelm.

  • Absolutely. The ZenHikr 40 Challenge is rooted in a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. Phase 1 focuses entirely on grounding and presence, providing fundamental tools like breath awareness and sensory connection to help regulate your nervous system. Many clients express concerns about anxiety and depression, and this course is built to offer gentle, actionable steps to cultivate inner calm and release burdens. It's about meeting yourself exactly where you are, with kindness and without judgment.

  • Yes, these are precisely some of the core issues this course is designed to address! Phase 2, "Healing & Releasing," specifically tackles perfectionism, the inner critic, and the feeling of "not enough." Through practices like "Walking Away From Perfectionism's Grip" and "Embracing Your Enoughness," you'll learn to actively shift these ingrained patterns. By integrating these insights while moving, you create new neural pathways for self-compassion and acceptance, helping to build a more authentic and kind relationship with yourself.

  • Definitely. While Phases 1, 2, and 3 build the essential foundation of calm, healing, and connection, Phase 4, "Purpose & Ascent," directly focuses on rediscovering your core values, clarifying your North Star, and unleashing your authentic power. Many high-achieving women experience a loss of purpose after burnout. This course provides a mindful framework to reconnect with what truly matters to you, helping you to find renewed motivation and clarity as you move towards a life where you genuinely blossom.
